  1. Prices

The agreed price includes the accommodation in good state of use, complete with furniture, kitchen drums, cutlery, dishes, refrigerator, blankets and pillows, the normal consumption of gas, hot and cold water, electricity, commissions, as well as the possible need for intervention for minor maintenance. The latter are performed in the shortest possible time, by maintenance workers authorized by the agency to enter the apartment even in the absence of the client (unless otherwise agreed). Such interventions are the responsibility of the Agency, unless directly attributable to the guest’s negligence. Breakdowns and breakages must, however, be promptly reported by them to the Agency. The price also does not include final cleaning, which consists of the Agency’s tidying up of the apartment for the next client; therefore, it is the obligation of the outgoing client to return the apartment on departure as clean as it was delivered to him/her (refrigerator defrosted, without garbage as well as furniture, beds and sofas moved, dishes washed). Bed linen and towels are not in the standard equipment of the apartment: they are provided separately upon request, at extra charge. The price also does not include: tablecloths and napkins, toilet paper, insurance, detergents, any additional children’s beds or nets, tourist tax, and anything not specified on www.agenziacaorle.it For stays of less than a week and with arrival or departure not on Saturday, the daily price may vary.

  1. Availability of housing

Check-in will be done at our office, Viale Santa Margherita, 155C, Caorle (VE). When collecting the keys, the client must pay the balance of the total price and any security deposit (if required). The accommodation is made available between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and as soon as the change cleaning is completed, while the check-out with the return of the keys must always take place at the Caorle agency no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed). If the client feels that the occupied apartment is not sufficiently clean, he/she must contact the agency within the hour after the handing over of the keys and by 6 p.m.; the agency will check and quickly rearrange the apartment (if after 6 p.m., the next morning). Late arrivals require prior written arrangements. In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund is due. The lease holder is also responsible for the behavior of other people staying in the same apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

  1. Pets

Dogs, cats and pets in general are allowed in the apartments only if previously reported and agreed upon. If the agency ascertains the presence of animals in apartments in which they are not allowed or without prior request, this may immediately result in the termination of the rental contract without any refund. Animals may not be left in apartments unattended: this is to avoid possible damage to the facilities and disturbance to other tenants; this condition is essential for pet owners. A surcharge may be charged.

  1. Terms of cancellation

The property can accommodate the maximum number of people indicated by the agency. If the agency ascertains, that there is a supernumerary of people than stated at the time of booking and / or in case of serious non-compliance with the condominium regulations (disturbing noise of any kind, disturbance to the peace of the condominiums, etc.), the agency may terminate the contract without any refund. The agency reserves the right to demand payment for further damages and/or claimed by third parties from the condominium area even after the departure of the client himself.

Cancellations communicated within 15 days before the start of the lease release the client from all obligations, with total loss of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the agency.

  1. Warnings

The condominium pools are open from approximately the beginning of June until approximately the first week of September. The agency is not responsible or liable for any compensation in the event of malfunctioning of condominium facilities such as elevators, centralized antennas, wi-fi systems and/or various automations, damage to vehicles parked in condominium areas, nor if the parking space reserved for the apartment is unduly occupied by third parties; Should the client have a car that is so cluttered that he/she cannot use the assigned parking space, he/she must provide for it at his/her own expense, keeping in mind that it is absolutely forbidden to clutter other already assigned parking spaces with his/her car. The definition of double room and double bed refers in most cases to two single beds side by side (and not to a double mattress). Please also note that the standard electricity supply of the apartments is 3.0 kWh: this limits the simultaneous use of electrical appliances, air conditioning, hair dryer, boiler.
